The Spencer Fellowship in Education Reporting, headquartered at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, is dedicated to supporting long-form reporting that deepens and enhances the public’s understanding of education. Four fellows spend the academic year at Columbia University studying with scholars in disciplines that enrich their project, and with mentors in the Journalism School. International candidates may apply. English language proficiency is mandatory, and all materials including publication clips must be translated into English.
